Shipping of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 7-10 business days after receipt of your final approval of the virtual set-up and payment. Shipping time may vary depending on the quantity ordered, the complexity of the decorating method used, the location of the manufacturer involved and the location of the delivery required. Standard shipping methods are UPS, Purolator and Dicom, delivered with or without signature. If you require signature delivery, it is important to contact us prior to shipping your order. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. In some cases, we cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken with packages containing fragile products.
Packages are oversized and protected.
Upon receipt of your order, if you notice a printing error (printing different from the virtual set-up you validated), poor print quality, or a defect in the items, please do not distribute the items. Keep them with you and contact us immediately. Our team will take the necessary steps to return the merchandise to the manufacturer. Then, if necessary, the order will be redone if the delay allows it, or you will get a credit.
During the validation process of the error, we may ask you to send us by email pictures of the defective merchandise.
